The heart really does not like our negative emotions. Any stresses and experiences adversely affect his work.

The connection between the work of the heart and our emotions is obvious and requires no evidence. This has been known since ancient times.

When we experience negative emotions (anger, disappointment, anxiety, insecurity, heartache), the hormone adrenaline is released, the heart begins to beat faster, the blood vessels narrow and the pressure rises. As a result, the heart is overexerted. If such stress occurs regularly, then the heart is seriously suffering and may become ill.

There is such a thing as "positive stress" - Scientists argue that periodic stress with a positive outcome is simply necessary for heart training.

With positive emotions, the connection between the heart, brain and hormonal system becomes stable, which is why the cardiovascular system begins to work more efficiently.

Simple exercise "return love to the heart" It will help to get rid of painful emotions, get rid of the negative effects of stress and relieve the condition of the heart:

1. Sit back, for example, on a sofa, close your eyes;

2. Take slow breaths for several minutes, as if passing your breath “through” the heart;

3. Think about the person whom it is very easy for you to love, to whom you have a strong attachment and appreciation - a loved one, a child.Focus on your feelings for him, remember his voice, the moments you supported each other, how good you are together;

4. Pass all distracting thoughts, returning your attention back to breathing "through" the heart.

5. Even just trying to feel love will give you positive emotions, help you let go of pain, and soothe your heart.

The ability to pull yourself together and relax during a stressful situation will protect you and your heart from serious consequences.
