We present Ekaterina Toropova from Moscow, the winner of the competition for the best models of the autumn / winter season 2016/17, tailored to Burda patterns;

Our heroine was born and raised in Minsk. From childhood she loved to sew, and the first toys with which she went to kindergarten were made with her own hands. Catherine even wanted to go to a sewing college, but at the insistence of her parents she received a “serious” education and became an economist. When she had her own daughter Alice, she was drawn to sewing with renewed vigor. Catherine devotes all her free time to this lesson and dreams of becoming a professional. Her coat is especially successful. As she herself jokes, probably because the lining can hide any flaws. In fact, our winner copes well with dresses and jackets, but wants to improve further, so the opportunity to study at Burda Academy pleased her no less than the other prizes. Katya will take a jacket sewing course using the original Chanel technique.
By the way, daughter Alisa also joins in sewing, but for now she is happy to showcase models from her mother in beautiful family-look looks. In addition to clothes, Catherine creates beautiful accessories, and the brooch-mascot in the form of a White Rabbit, with whom she came to the editorial office, sends us right after Alice to Wonderland ...
