Girls play with dolls in order to prepare themselves for "adult" life - a well-known truth. A suitable doll can help mom develop a sense of style in her daughter.

Doll-girlfriend, doll-daughter ... How many roles are prepared for dolls! She is a client in a hairdressing salon, a buyer in a store, and a passenger on a bus ... There are even educational dolls on sale: it’s worth bringing a tablet to such a toddler and pressing a certain place, as he begins to “communicate” with the child and teach him letters, numbers, different figures. But more often than not, the doll is the subject of the "maternal" care of its owner.
Already a two-year-old child begins to distinguish dolls from other types of toys. And mother should take a closer look at how the child plays with the doll: if he is aggressive, for example, yells at the doll, often punishes and even spanks, then parents should be wary and first of all look at themselves from the outside - because the child usually copies the actions of the parents or those with whom you often communicate.
When purchasing dolls, be sure to consider the preferences of the child. The girl should be attached to the toy, at least she should like it at first sight. If for some reason the girl does not want to touch the doll, then do not even try to make her play with her.

Many girls of any, but especially younger age, like "rag" dolls, which you can sew yourself (see pattern in a slide show). There are a lot of such dolls on the PhotoForum of our site. But sometimes the girl’s imagination is not too developed or she wants to imitate her mother in more detail, then perhaps it’s better to buy her a doll that will be able to cry, talk, which can be bathed, etc.
Girls love to dress up their dolls, and this will help you instill good taste in your child, and also teach him how to sew, knit, and embroider.
The doll must certainly have its own “wardrobe”. If the doll is completely “small” (by age), she will have to sew a blanket, diapers, bonnets, “sliders,” etc. For older girls, the doll’s wardrobe will most likely include not only a pair of dresses, but also trousers, a fur coat, a hat, as well as shoes, handbags and various accessories.
Barbie doll is still among the favorites of girls, although it no longer causes such a stir as in the first years of its appearance on the Russian market. I also liked Barbie because she taught me how to communicate - because she has friends.

In stores, there were also offers of the same outfits for the girl and her dolls. Take the idea into service, because when sewing a dress, blouse or skirt for a daughter, a flap of fabric will surely remain in order to sew the same clothes for her pet. Or at least a new accessory.
