We, residents of non-affectionate latitude temperatures, are accustomed to doubt and neglect condescension to shortened styles of anything: crop top or low waist? Lumbar blows! Pants open ankles? Catch your ankles, and not even far from the kidneys!
And the saddest thing is that all these comments are one hundred percent true and letting them pass by your ears is more expensive for yourself. But nevertheless, this does not mean that shortened models, in particular culottes, fall into the stop list with the onset of autumn, from which they can be excluded only in the spring. The whole secret is to properly insulate!

The only “drawback” of culottes from the point of view of colds is open ankles (and sometimes half a calf!), But, as practice shows, culottes are remarkably combined with a wide variety of tights, golfs, leggings and so on.
