Foot for slanting inlay: how to use

Important: the cut, which will be edged in this way, is always cut out without allowance for the seam.

If you did not find a ready-made oblique inlay of the desired quality and color on sale, then you can do it yourself.

✂ Cut the strip in the oblique direction from the desired fabric. The width of the strip should be 4 times the width of the edging in the finished form.

✂ If the inline is not long enough, cut out a few extra stripes and fold them with their faces so that they form a right angle. Slices of strips sew together with each other in the direction of the shared thread. Iron the seam allowances.
